Hier haben wir eine Scharnierfunktion mit 3 Stops eingebaut, mittels 2K eine Dichtung eingearbeitet und über Füllstoffe eine erhöhte Schlagzähigkeit erreicht. Die Werkzeuge wurden als Einsätze zu unseren Mutterwerkzeugen konzipiert und deshalb konnten wir das Projekt sehr schnell und zu geringen Kosten realisieren.
